    Safety Information

    • Please take care when crossing all roads – look and listen and don’t get buried in the walking instructions... or in the middle of the road!
    • Wherever possible main roads are crossed at a Pedestrian Crossing, so wait for the green man. You are responsible for your own safety.

Its Live!

Jan 21, 2022 | The London Explorer

Its official – Beyond The Map London now has a live website including an online shop – please take a look at the site, purchase a walk and become a Beyond the Map London Adventurer!!!

From being a hobby several years ago, to the inkling of it being a more commercial venture, to the launch has taken longer than everyone expected including me! Clearly not helped by the pandemic, we have seen our launch postponed on more than one occasion starting back in November 2019 but, finally,  on the 17th of January 2022, we finally went LIVE.

Thanks must go therefore to my team of Sarah, Alex, Hilary, Shaun and Emily for all their hard work and endeavour throughout this period with a special thank you to Rob and Ginny – the founders and curators of our Walks.  Hilary will soon be joining our list of curators with her own take on a Tavern Tour, after which she will also be introducing two Speakeasy Tours. I know I can’t wait to decipher that code and sample the odd cocktail 1920’s style.

To whet your appetite even further do keep your eye peeled for the launch of our Family Walks centred around some very famous BIG SCREEN films that feature areas of London that all budding enthusiasts would like to recreate or be filmed at.
