Bridge to Bridge Self Guided Walk
In AD 43 the Roman’s built the first crossing of the River Thames, London Bridge. Millennium Bridge, in 2000, was the most recent pedestrian bridge erected. On this walk you will unearth mediaeval characteristics of the City of London and Southwark, visit Borough market (still trading after 1,000 years) and find a full size model of the first English ship to sail around the world.
Once alongside the bear baiting pit you will locate a 12th century ferryman’s seat, onto Shakespeare’s Globe and then cross the bridge straight into St Paul’s Cathedral and some ancient alleyways. Back to the river for your return walk back to London Bridge.
How it Works
Once purchased you will be sent an email which will give you access to your walk. You will need to use the username and password you set up when placing the order to access your walk. Once purchased you will have 12 months to log into your walk.
