A minimum of 20 people, charged at £25 per person for a basic package.
The basic package includes – access to all navigation material and to be accompanied by BTML guide (a minimum of 1 guide per 10 people).
The Beyond the Map London guide will brief the group at an agreed starting point and allocate roles. On completion the guide will verify answers at a pre-agreed finish point.
Along the Walk they will photograph walkers and provide the organiser with electronic copies of photographs taken. Prior to the Walk starting we would ask all participants to sign, to agree that we can use any photographs taken on the day for promotional purposes.
Bespoke Packages
Groups or companies wishing for a more tailored event with a more formal start and finish e.g. prize giving at a designated venue, can be arranged for an additional fee and may include breakfast, lunch or dinner dependent on the start time. Additional hire/food and beverage fees agreed would be paid by the client direct to the venue, Beyond The Map London would charge an arrangement fee.
